In the last ep of pll, Ted tells Hanna that he ran a camp for “troubled” boys 15 years ago.

Liars are currently 23-15=8

Older set(Ezra, Ian, Jason) would have been 14.
Toby is two years older than the liars so he’d be 10. Lucas would be 8.

As far as I know Wren and Wilden would have been to old to be attendees but they could have been counselors.

Jason we know had drug and alcohol issues.

In “The homecoming hangover” Jenna describes Toby as “troubled”. It could be a cover but he was seeing a therapist at the beginning of the show.

We know absolutely nothing about Ian’s background. Ezra’s is a mystery too, other than being from a rich family with infidelitious parents.

The NAT Club could have been started at the camp.

That might explain Wren and Ezra being sketchy in their supposed first meeting in the promo for the next episode.
